Job Description:

We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our central advisory division and are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Immigration Consultant to govern client onboarding pipelines and direct strategic migration consulting pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic consulting experts who possess an outstanding command of target-driven business metrics and excel at navigating relational customer service channels, this full-time track focuses on accelerating conversion velocities, auditing applicant profile databases, and maximizing overall client success metrics under our integrated advisory management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective international applicants regarding cross-border migration opportunities, evaluation requirements, and legal advisory services.
  • Build and protect long-term client relationships through professional, clear, and structured multi-channel communication pipelines.
  • Assess complex applicant profiles, identifying appropriate pathways relative to specific institutional criteria and occupational codes.
  • Follow up systematically on inbound corporate leads, converting active queries into formalized service contracts.
  • Support clients meticulously through the various stages of their documentation journey, ensuring complete administrative readiness.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready client records, transaction logs, and profile submission histories inside CRM architectures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal documentation analysts and case processing teams to achieve unified monthly branch volume targets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a recognized professional Diploma from an accredited academic institution is preferred.
  • Proven professional experience operating a consultative desk or client success portfolio, explicitly showing success within B2C solution sales, corporate consulting, premium hospitality, or high-touch customer-facing environments.
  • Advanced digital data literacy with extensive practical capability updating corporate CRM platforms, managing follow-up dashboards, and compiling performance tables inside MS Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Client relationship management systems, advisory methods, and proactive customer retention benchmarks.
    • B2C consultation techniques, client needs analysis, lead nurturing pipelines, and conversion modeling.
    • Customer service etiquette, active listening models, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication practices.
    • Administrative verification practices, legal document organization, and strict compliance tracking procedures.
  • Outstanding target-driven mindset, a polished and highly confident public presentation style, a strong team-focused behavior, and exceptional English linguistic fluency.
