Built upon world-class material tracking grids, strict quality control parameters, and progressive procurement frameworks, the client enterprise manages massive distribution depots, handles diverse construction product catalogs including premium tiles and high-end sanitary ware, and ensures absolute organizational alignment with international logistics standards, regional commercial codes, and federal trade compliance regulations.

Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our client’s central operations division and are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to govern comprehensive supply chain data pipelines and direct multi-tiered stock administration pathways in Dubai. Built for analytical logistics specialists who possess a deep operational command of materials control and excel at conducting high-precision stock count reconciliations, this full-time role focuses on accelerating stock turnover speeds, auditing warehouse data repositories, and maximizing bottom-line cost efficiency under an integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily inventory control activities across multiple central warehouses, distribution hubs, and retail storage locations.
  • Monitor real-time stock levels continuously and guarantee optimal inventory availability to fulfill commercial projects and business requirements.
  • Analyze historical stock movement trends, evaluate seasonal demands, and recommend strategic ordering models to maximize material turnover cycles.
  • Reduce stock shrinkage, minimize variances, and correct system errors through rigorous regular cycle counts, physical audits, and ledger reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate closely with internal warehouse crews, floor managers, and central procurement teams to safeguard the integrity of digital stock records.
  • Generate detailed technical inventory data reports, performance analytics, and material velocity metrics to assist executive leaders in operational planning.
  • Ensure uncompromised workforce compliance with corporate storage safety guidelines, material placement rules, and established inventory handling procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely matching fully accredited operational field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating inside an active inventory tracking desk, warehouse control seat, or supply chain division specifically within the UAE building materials trading landscape.
  • Proven practical competence supervising heavy, breakable, or high-volume product categories, with specialized expertise handling tiles, marbles, sanitary ware, and associated interior construction elements.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying barcode mapping, warehouse bin frameworks, and automated stock sheets inside advanced ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following functional sectors:
    • Stock control dynamics, demand forecasting formulas, safety stock metrics, and automated reorder configurations.
    • Warehouse space optimization models, heavy material layout design, FIFO tracking, and inbound-outbound logistics pipelines.
    • Audit execution tracks, variance trace techniques, item code classification systems, and procurement communication channels.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to administrative details, robust problem-solving traits, and high efficiency when managing multi-site storage spaces under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to direct dispatch teams and coordinate stocks smoothly with separate procurement division heads.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past materials portfolio defenses, spreadsheet modeling assessments, and supply chain scenario evaluations.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete operational leadership over a major building material asset catalog and expand your logistics career profile with an established market leader.
  • Stable professional advancement channels supported by expanding multi-national distribution footprints and active internal lines for supply chain directors, logistics partners, and specialized corporate hr jobs or operations talent managers.
