Job Description / Role
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Landscape Supervisor to lead on-site landscaping operations in Dubai. You will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure every project meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations for attractive outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily landscaping activities including planting, pruning, mowing, trimming, and pest management.
- Lead and mentor a crew of gardeners and irrigation technicians, ensuring high productivity.
- Supervise installation of soft and hard landscaping elements and irrigation systems.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to align site activities with project requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain standards of workmanship, safety, and HSE compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports documenting work completed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Landscape Architecture (Diplomas will not be accepted).
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with common horticultural practices and site supervision.
