Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Logistics Sales Executive to join our professional Warehousing & Fulfillment division in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver market precision for management and commercial conversion performance review. You will be responsible for originating B2B client acquisition opportunities, promoting specialized warehouse storage and e-commerce fulfillment services, building custom logistics proposals, and hitting corporate sales targets. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in 2PL/3PL Sales Methodologies, Storage Solutions, and Client Relationship Management and a proactive approach to pipeline development. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and capture new corporate business opportunities to meet management and revenue expansion benchmarks.
- Support revenue integrity in Sharjah, pitching tailored 2PL/3PL logistics and e-commerce fulfillment solutions with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, internal storage operations groups, and client-side personnel to facilitate professional organizational coordination of service deployment.
- Prepare detailed sales portfolios, pricing matrices, quotes, and contract terms aligned with corporate profitability limits.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and smart WMS tracking to analyze supply chain capacities and evaluate competitor trends in the market.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Previous professional experience working directly within 2PL / 3PL logistics sales and warehousing solutions is required.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of client portfolios, contract storage accounts, and independent lead generation systems.
- Professional background in education regarding warehouse operations, fulfillment workflows, and commercial negotiation tactics.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage complex client briefs under tight timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven Sharjah sales arena.
