Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to oversee our restaurant brands in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can elevate marketing initiatives for management and growth review. You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategies, executing multi-channel campaigns, and managing influencer partnerships. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in F&B Market Dynamics and a proactive approach to data-driven insights. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet management and brand engagement targets across multiple restaurant brands.
  • Execute digital and offline campaigns in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in sales tracking, customer insights, and promotional reporting.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and creative teams to manage influencer collaborations and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market positioning to ensure a strong and consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and actionable market insights.

🔹 Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business plus a relevant professional Certificate.
    • 4 to 6 years of professional experience specifically within the F&B industry in the UAE.
    • Strong background in management of digital marketing, campaign planning, and influencer partnership oversight.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Arabic/English communication and hospitality market analysis.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, an analytical mindset, and exceptional team leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support diverse brand portfolios in Dubai.
