🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Lead and scale the company’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive brand authority.
  • Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation for property listings.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging visual assets and short-form video content tailored for high engagement and property showcases.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue and inventory goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms and real estate marketing best practices in the UAE.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management and performance marketing (Paid Ads).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and creative tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Sector Knowledge: Prior experience within the UAE Real Estate industry is a significant advantage.
  • Mindset: Creative thinker with a strong analytical foundation and a results-oriented approach.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills; bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
