MEP Supervisor – Facilities Management – Abu Dhabi, UAE | EFS Facilities Management

About the Role:

EFS Facilities Management is seeking a seasoned MEP Supervisor to oversee daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across client sites in Abu Dhabi. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring timely maintenance, and upholding critical safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities on-site.
• Lead and mentor technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance and attendance.
• Ensure on-time completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) schedules, and maintain accurate records.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience, with Facilities Management experience being highly advantageous.
• Diploma or Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical).
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Proven leadership and reporting capabilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
