Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our expanding workforce in Ras Al Khaimah across four key operational roles. These positions are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can coordinate daily workflows and maintain vendor/client relationships for management and service delivery review. We are currently hiring for:
- Sales Coordinator (Printing/Packaging industry experience preferred)
- Customer Service Coordinator
- Logistics Coordinator
- Purchase Coordinator
We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Supply Chain Functions, Departmental Support, and Workflow Efficiency and a proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations related to the assigned role to meet management and efficiency standards.
- Support departmental integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring 100% precision in sales coordination, logistics planning, or procurement processes.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and client/vendor relations.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as required by the respective department to ensure timely task completion.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and company systems to monitor site conditions and overall departmental performance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline (minimum 13 years of formal education).
- At least 2 years of professional experience specifically in a similar role (Sales, Logistics, or Purchase).
- Strong background in management of English communication, documentation, and organizational procedures.
- Professional background in education regarding supply chain functions, customer service, or printing industry practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work in a fast-paced environment, and reside in company-provided accommodation in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new operational standards and company procedures.
