Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can identify, attract, and hire top-tier sales talent for management and revenue performance review. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies tailored for commission-based roles and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Real Estate Recruitment, Sales Hiring, and Candidate Assessment and a proactive approach to meeting aggressive growth targets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and recruit high-performing real estate sales agents to meet management and business objectives.
- Support recruitment integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in assessing candidate sales capabilities and market knowledge.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and management to facilitate professional organizational growth and recruitment alignment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates specifically within the UAE real estate sector, managing the end-to-end interview process.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and sourcing platforms to achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience specifically in real estate recruitment or sales hiring within the UAE market.
- Strong background in management of recruitment strategies for commission-based roles and high-quality hiring standards.
- Professional background in education regarding sourcing techniques, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work toward strict targets, and identify strong closers rather than volume hiring in Dubai.
- Excellent communication skills and an established professional network within the Dubai real estate sector.
