Available Positions:

• Area Development Representative (ADR): Territory growth and strategic client onboarding.
• Van Salesman: Direct FMCG sales and route management.
• Delivery Driver: Logistical distribution and timely market fulfillment.
• Helper: Operational support, loading, and warehouse assistance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee sales and delivery operations to meet monthly and yearly territory targets.
• Maintain high standards of product visibility and availability across assigned market outlets in Dubai.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding safety training and operational performance reviews.
• Monitor competitor activities and implement promotional strategies for management review.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools for route planning and accurate transaction recording.

🔹 Requirements:

• Relevant High School or Diploma qualification is preferred.
• Prior professional experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred for all roles.
• Must hold a valid UAE manual driving license for Van Salesman and Delivery Driver positions.
• Strong background in management of sales territories, customer relationships, or warehouse operations.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE road safety and FMCG sales techniques.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given strong preference.
