🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Generate high-converting leads for off-plan real estate projects and property launches.
• Optimize CPL, manage ad budgets, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Coordinate with real estate brokers to evaluate lead quality and conversion performance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in UAE real estate performance marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise managing high-budget Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
• Strong understanding of UAE buyer demographics and investor targeting.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven campaign optimization skills.
