Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of our client’s organization. This role is fundamental to the executive framework, requiring a professional who can manage high-level tasks, schedules, and correspondence with precision. You will be responsible for preparing reports, managing presentations, and ensuring smooth office operations for management review. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal abilities who can work effectively under pressure. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing complex schedules and meetings in Sharjah.
  • Handle multiple time-sensitive assignments and prioritize tasks effectively for executive management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding internal team coordination and special projects.
  • Maintain professional communication with external stakeholders and internal teams across the UAE.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office to prepare presentations, reports, and email correspondence.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong background in management of executive correspondence, travel arrangements, and office operations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding professional business communication and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred for this position in the UAE.
