Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join a government healthcare facility in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead quality assurance initiatives for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international standards, managing risk systems, and driving continuous improvement. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accreditation Standards (JCI/ISO) and a proactive approach to safety, accountability, and clinical service delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical audits and risk management systems to meet management and healthcare regulatory targets.
- Ensure full compliance in Dubai with national/international standards, maintaining 100% data integrity in quality metrics, KPI tracking, and accreditation documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence across the facility.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing patient safety programs and healthcare service enhancements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and quality management software to optimize metric monitoring and professional healthcare reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management plus a relevant professional Certificate in Quality Assurance.
- Proven professional experience specifically in quality management within a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong background in management of healthcare accreditation standards (JCI, ISO, or equivalent) and risk systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding clinical audit procedures and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and leadership within high-performance environments (UAE Nationals preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a government healthcare facility in Dubai.
