Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Dubai, UAE | Agricultural World Gardens

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Take-offs: Prepare precise measurements and quantity take-offs for both hardscape (civil) and softscape (agricultural/landscaping) elements.
• Cost Estimation: Develop detailed cost estimations and budgets for new tenders and active project phases.
• Procurement & Sourcing: Manage vendor sourcing and coordinate procurement activities to ensure materials meet project specifications and budget constraints.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, manage variations, and implement rigorous cost control measures to maintain project profitability.
• Contract Administration: Handle commercial documentation, sub-contract agreements, and payment certifications.
• Reporting: Provide accurate commercial reporting and coordination support to the project management team.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• UAE Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within the UAE construction or landscaping market.
• Sector Knowledge: Proven experience in landscaping, civil, and agricultural-related projects is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost-control software.
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
• Attributes: Highly organized with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to commercial problem-solving.
