Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Coordinator / GM Assistant to join our growing team. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can manage property listings across Bayut and Property Finder while providing direct support to the General Manager. You will be responsible for CRM management, status monitoring (Available, Rented, Sold), and coordinating with agents for documentation. We are looking for a proactive individual proficient in digital tools like Canva and ChatGPT who thrives in a fast-paced setting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage high-quality property listings on major real estate platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder.
  • Monitor listing statuses and maintain structured records within the company CRM and property databases for management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team coordination and internal administrative documentation.
  • Provide high-level operational support directly to the General Manager, including report preparation and client communication in Dubai.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools, including AI (ChatGPT/Gemini) and Canva, for content editing and listing optimization.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Proven professional experience in management of property listings, CRM systems, or executive administrative roles.
  • Strong background in education or training regarding UAE real estate portals and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Bayut and Property Finder is highly desirable for the UAE market.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to source new clients and property owners professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic content design skills.
