Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source qualified real estate agents using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience and sales potential.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules while maintaining an organised recruitment pipeline.
  • Clearly explain Riva Maison’s commission structure and value proposition.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of agents into the business.
  • Track hiring metrics, conversion ratios, and weekly recruitment performance to meet monthly targets.

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500.
  • Bonus: AED 800 – 1,200 for every agent successfully onboarded.
  • Override Commission: 5% – 7% on deals closed by agents you hire (direct role in revenue generation).

Requirements:

  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience managing volume hiring and consistent candidate follow-ups.
  • KPI-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely within a structured weekly framework.
