Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Professionals to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can showcase premium collections for management and aesthetic review. You will be responsible for assisting high-net-worth clients, managing point-of-sale operations, and maintaining brand standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Jewellery Materials and Sales Techniques and a proactive approach to achieving individual and team targets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces to meet management and luxury sales performance targets.
- Support retail integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in transaction handling, material pricing, and inventory documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and store leadership to maintain attractive displays aligned with brand standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience while showcasing expertise in gold, diamonds, and precious materials.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS systems to optimize transaction processing and professional sales reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree plus a relevant professional Jewellery Sales Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically within jewellery retail in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Strong background in management of retail sales techniques, point-of-sale operations, and transaction handling.
- Professional background in education or training regarding luxury materials, gold pricing, and interpersonal communication.
- Filipino candidates only as per specific operational requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and meet targets in a competitive luxury environment.
