Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can lead a high-performing sales team and implement strategic plans for management and performance review. You will be responsible for setting sales goals, evaluating market trends, and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet management and company revenue targets.
- Lead, guide, and inspire the sales team in Dubai to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate sales data and uncover new market opportunities to ensure 100% data integrity in strategic reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor individual performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in sales management within retail or related industries.
- Strong background in management of sales teams, strategic planning, and performance metrics.
- Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a target-driven mindset in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
