Job Description:

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Structural Steel Division in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead strategic initiatives for management and revenue review. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing major client accounts, and positioning the company as a leader within the regional structural steel sector. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in the UAE Structural Steel Market and a proactive approach to contract negotiation and team leadership. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities to generate new opportunities and meet management and revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new clients in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring 100% data integrity in sales tracking and key account management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to optimize sales pipelines, negotiate high-value contracts, and provide accountability for team performance.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant professional Certificate in a business or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven professional experience specifically within the UAE structural steel industry.
  • Strong background in management of major client accounts, sales targets, and regional market analysis.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation strategies and leadership within manufacturing sectors.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a hands-on sales approach, and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to lead strategic growth initiatives in Ras Al Khaimah.
