Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a skilled Sales Team Training Manager to strengthen our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our development framework, requiring a professional who can design and deliver programs for management and performance review. You will be responsible for coaching team members, identifying skill gaps, and implementing targeted development plans within the real estate developer sector. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Sales Coaching and a proactive approach to enhancing team productivity. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to real estate sales to meet management and productivity targets.
- Coach and mentor sales team members in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in performance reporting and outcomes.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to identify skill gaps and implement high-impact development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, continuously improving methods to align with current business goals.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track development progress and maintain accurate training records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar training role specifically with a Real Estate Developer in Dubai.
- Strong background in management of training delivery, performance coaching, and curriculum development.
- Professional background in education or training regarding sales strategies and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence; European nationality is preferred for this specific alignment.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage team development in the fast-paced UAE market.
