Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and results-oriented professionals to join our commercial sales team in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our growth framework, requiring experts who can handle corporate or leisure sales segments with precision. You will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, converting them into business growth, and maintaining long-term client relationships for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities within assigned corporate or leisure segments to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-yield relationships with key clients and stakeholders in Dubai.
  • Identify new sales leads and implement strategic conversion tactics for commercial management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team development and internal sales coordination.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track market trends and optimize sales performance metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Proven professional experience in corporate or leisure sales within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong background in management of client accounts, negotiation, and market trend analysis.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding hospitality revenue systems and CRM tools.
  • Established network within the relevant market segments in UAE or international regions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented approach to sales.
