Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly persuasive Senior Sales Manager to manage daily property acquisition pitches, high-net-worth investor onboarding, and strategic real estate conversion tracks at our luxury developer center in Dubai. This high-impact commercial role demands complete lifecycle control over primary off-plan and ready property portfolios, precise contractual transaction file documentation, and immediate customer objection resolution to guarantee massive revenue growth for corporate management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, align, and execute highly targeted property sales strategies to systematically hit and exceed developer revenue targets.
  • Identify, target, and acquire high-value property buyers, global institutional investors, and premier client networks.
  • Build, manage, and govern long-term consultative relationships with international buyers, real estate brokers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Present, pitch, and promote flagship real estate master-developments and off-plan assets with absolute structural precision and poise.
  • Conduct structured property consultations, advanced commercial contract negotiations, and multi-million dirham sales closings.
  • Analyze real-time Dubai real estate pricing cycles, structural market trends, DLD legal regulatory updates, and competitor launch tracks.
  • Prepare detailed transaction forecasts, high-level pipeline analytics, and client interaction reports for senior executive review.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal legal compliance, escrow management, and post-sales departments to guarantee frictionless onboarding.
  • Participate actively in major international property exhibitions, developer launch galas, and key real estate networking events.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of direct, proven full-time property sales experience operating within the highly competitive Dubai real estate market.
  • Deep structural knowledge of local property laws, Dubai Land Department (DLD) framework regulations, and master-developer escrow accounts.
  • Demonstrated, verified track record of consistently hit or exceeding complex multi-million off-plan and ready property sales quotas.
  • Exceptional verbal presentation skills, strong psychological persuasion traits, and elite closing capabilities with HNW investors.
  • Highly polished, executive personal presentation paired with an uncompromised customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, pipeline tracking traits, and structured sales reporting abilities.
  • Bilingual capability with complete professional verbal and written fluency in the Arabic language is highly preferred.
  • Practical background in education regarding market demographics, contract calculation variables, property asset valuation, and customer relationship management systems.
