Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and technically skilled Service Coordinator to join our operational engineering team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role acts as a critical link between customers, workshop technicians, and executive management, ensuring all maintenance and repair pipelines run with high precision and optimal delivery speed. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance service schedules and workshop repair workflows efficiently.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding service tracking updates, repair completion timelines, and cost requirements.
- Provide comprehensive operational support and task coordination to technicians and shop floor teams.
- Maintain highly structured service logs, vehicle repair histories, and accurate administrative documentation.
- Handle multi-channel customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns with total professional etiquette.
- Ensure seamless, cross-department coordination to guarantee timely service delivery and minimize downtime.
- Monitor daily workshop data tracks to identify areas for improving operational efficiency.
- Support departmental reporting, job card data entries, and general administrative office tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a formal Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering is required.
- 1–3 years of proven professional experience in service coordination, workshop operations, or technical customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities; Arabic language skills are a valuable added advantage.
- Strong functional knowledge of mechanical systems, automotive components, and standard workshop workflows.
- High level of technical proficiency in IT, computer systems, and standard business software networks.
- Excellent organizational structure, timeline management, and the ability to multitask in a busy engineering hub.
- Practical background in education regarding vehicle diagnostics tracking, job card indexing, management safety rules, and service KPIs.
