Job Description:

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at various project locations in Abu Dhabi. This role is central to maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring that all activities align with engineering project plans and safety protocols.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure activities are carried out according to project plans.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Track work progress and schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations and uphold company quality standards.
• Act as a proactive liaison between the site team and the central project management office.

🔹 Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proven background as a Site Coordinator or in a comparable site-based position.
• Strong organizational abilities with clear communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Engineering or Construction Management.
• In-depth understanding of site-based Management and operational safety.
