Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, highly structured, and organized Transport Coordinator to direct daily fleet operations, driver schedules, and commercial client tracking tracks. This operational role demands absolute timeline control, precise invoicing documentation, and immediate concern resolution to guarantee peak field productivity for executive management evaluation. - Coordinate daily transportation schedules, driver rotations, and commercial vehicle asset deployments.
- Communicate clearly with industrial clients, truck drivers, and internal staff regarding transport milestones.
- Arrange site deliveries, equipment pick-ups, and heavy machine logistics as per project requirements.
- Prepare commercial invoices, delivery notes, regulatory transport permits, and daily trip registries.
- Follow up proactively with client commercial offices regarding payment terms, balance closures, and pending files.
- Provide customers with precise ETA updates, logistical tracking information, and status assessments.
- Maintain structured digital databases detailing fuel logs, driver expenses, and total trip efficiency metrics.
- Resolve route delays, driver field incidents, and client asset inquiries with high professional composure.

- Proven professional experience in transport coordination, freight logistics, or heavy equipment rental networks is required.
- High functional knowledge of transport billing routines, accounts tracking, and client credit collection cycles.
- Strong geographical understanding of Dubai commercial corridors, major industrial routes, and traffic regularities.
- Advanced technical competence in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, logs) and communication software platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities; additional proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership capability to handle multi-national driver crews, align schedules, and resolve priority changes.
- Practical background in education regarding vehicle capacity calculation, HSE transport laws, and strategic resource management metrics.
