Job Description:
Carbondale Dewatering Solutions is seeking motivated Site Engineers to join its expanding field engineering team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career civil engineers who will assist in supervising daily dewatering site operations, monitoring site safety compliance, preparing project documentation, and supporting senior engineers to ensure high-quality project execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site teams to support project execution.
- Monitor project progress and report site activities.
- Help maintain quality standards throughout project implementation.
- Support engineers and project managers with site documentation and coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, site safety practices, and project coordination.
- Immediate joiners are preferred for prompt onboarding.
- Good communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on on project sites and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
