Imdaad LLC is seeking skilled technical professionals for various operational positions including Bailing Machine Operator, Weighbridge Operator, Shredder Operator, and Lead Fitter to join its team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, these specialists will manage industrial machinery operations, perform routine equipment maintenance, ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety protocols, conduct operational inspections, and support daily facility efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment according to the assigned role and company procedures.
- Ensure smooth daily operations while following all safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and report equipment issues when necessary.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous process improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, ITI, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification relevant to the applied position.
- Hands-on practical work experience in the specific role applied for (Bailing Machine Operator, Weighbridge Operator, Shredder Operator, or Lead Fitter).
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment operations, preventive maintenance, and machinery troubleshooting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment while adhering to strict safety protocols.
