Job Description:

The Civil Site Engineer will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with sub-contractors, review BOQs, execute quantity take-offs, monitor construction quality compliance, and resolve technical issues for industrial and commercial projects in Sharjah.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site execution and construction activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, and verify site measurements.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma, B.Tech, or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of hands-on UAE site experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
• Experience working on industrial or commercial construction projects (warehouses, factories, office blocks) is preferred.
• Solid expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, construction drawings, and site measurements.
• Excellent site coordination, communication, and technical problem-solving abilities.
