Job Description:

The Cost Controller will monitor project budgets, manage WBS/CBS cost codes, track ETC/EAC metrics, and prepare ADNOC project cost forecasts in Abu Dhabi. Explore more engineering roles on our engineering jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control EPC project costs against approved baseline budgets and cash flow plans.
• Maintain cost data covering commitments, vendor invoices, actual payments, and cost-to-go.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, ETC (Estimate to Complete), and EAC metrics.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Commercial, and Engineering site teams.
• Ensure cost alignment with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• 8 to 15 years of dedicated cost control or project controls experience in EPC Oil & Gas.
• Prior ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in WBS, CBS, cost coding, variations, and advanced MS Excel data analytics.
• Strong commercial awareness related to POs, subcontracts, and financial claims.
