Accounts Manager – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring absolute accuracy in general ledgers, financial statements, and reporting.
• Project & Factory Costing: Manage complex costing structures for construction projects and manufacturing outputs (Aluminium/Joinery), tracking material variances and labor efficiency.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide senior management with critical financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor robust internal audit procedures and financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital and manage project-based cash flows to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Leadership: Direct and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional integrity.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Background: Essential experience in Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Metal, or Joinery/Carpentry factories.
• Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications (CMA/ACCA/CPA) are highly valued.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business strategy.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing finance departments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
