🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Night Operations: Supervise and manage all front office activities during the overnight shift, ensuring property security.
• Financial Auditing: Perform rigorous night audit procedures, balancing daily accounts and generating accurate financial reports.
• Guest Services: Handle late-night check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries with professional hospitality standards.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or emergencies during overnight hours with independence and poise.
• Standard Compliance: Maintain and enforce hotel safety protocols, security standards, and operational SOPs.
• System Management: Utilize PMS systems to post room charges, adjust errors, and verify all front office transactions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: Mandatory prior experience working as a Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of hotel PMS systems, specifically Opera and Micros.
• Financial Literacy: Strong communication skills paired with a solid basic understanding of hospitality accounting.
• Flexibility: Total willingness and flexibility to work dedicated night shifts.
• Regional Experience: UAE or GCC hospitality experience is considered a strong added advantage.
• Professionalism: Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently during quiet hours.
