🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Rental Income Tracking: Record and manage rental income, service charges, and security deposits across multiple property accounts.
  • Landlord Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely landlord statements and financial reports reflecting net operating income and expenses.
  • Accounts Management: Manage high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) specifically for property maintenance and utilities.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and tenant ledger reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy in financial records.
  • VAT Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with UAE VAT regulations, including proper tax invoicing and filing.
  • Audit Support: Maintain organized financial documentation for all assigned properties to support periodic audits and management reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (both written and spoken) for landlord and tenant communication.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
  • Expertise: Prior hands-on experience in property management or real estate accounting is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with specialized property management software or ERP systems.
  • Communication: Good command of English to support internal reporting and team coordination.
  • Attributes: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently under strict deadlines.
