Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Coordination: Support day-to-day accounting operations by managing schedules, deadlines, and documentation flow for the audit and tax teams.
- System Management: Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho to record transactions and generate preliminary financial reports.
- Data Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy in financial records and ledger entries, maintaining the high standards of a chartered firm.
- Internal Support: Work closely with senior accountants and auditors to assist with routine financial coordination tasks and client requirements.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial archives to ensure seamless retrieval during audits.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant diploma).
- Experience: Prior experience in an accounting or accounts coordination role is essential.
- Software Skills: Practical, hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho is mandatory.
- UAE Standards: An understanding of UAE accounting practices and general VAT awareness is an added advantage.
