Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Bookkeeping: Perform comprehensive day-to-day accounting tasks directly at various client offices across Dubai.
- Reconciliation Mastery: Conduct meticulous bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Compliance & VAT: Assist clients in navigating UAE VAT regulations, ensuring timely and accurate filing and documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial reports and statements to client management teams.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a confident point of contact for financial queries, representing the firm’s standards of professionalism.
- Time Management: Balance multiple client schedules and meet strict month-end and year-end deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of practical accounting experience, ideally within a bookkeeping firm or audit practice.
- Communication: Must be a confident communicator with the ability to manage professional relationships at client sites.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and UAE VAT compliance.
- Mobility: Comfortable with regular travel to different client locations within Dubai.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with relevant local experience.
