🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Bookkeeping: Perform comprehensive day-to-day accounting tasks directly at various client offices across Dubai.
• Reconciliation Mastery: Conduct meticulous bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Compliance & VAT: Assist clients in navigating UAE VAT regulations, ensuring timely and accurate filing and documentation.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial reports and statements to client management teams.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a confident point of contact for financial queries, representing the firm’s standards of professionalism.
• Time Management: Balance multiple client schedules and meet strict month-end and year-end deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of practical accounting experience, ideally within a bookkeeping firm or audit practice.
• Communication: Must be a confident communicator with the ability to manage professional relationships at client sites.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and UAE VAT compliance.
• Mobility: Comfortable with regular travel to different client locations within Dubai.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Location: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with relevant local experience.
