Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our staffing services in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can identify new prospects and build long-term relationships within both IT and Non-IT staffing segments. You will be responsible for client acquisition, account development, and market expansion for management review. We are looking for a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the competitive Dubai recruitment sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new companies in the Dubai market to generate staffing and recruitment business opportunities.
- Promote and sell comprehensive staffing solutions across IT and Non-IT sectors to meet client workforce requirements.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and HR leaders within client organizations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report on market expansion strategies to management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience and a strong network within the UAE or Dubai recruitment market.
- Proven background in management of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing long-term partnerships.
- Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation, presentation skills, and UAE labor market trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
