Job Description:

We are executing a strategic academic appointment within our foundational training division and are seeking a passionate, qualified Early Years (EYFS) Teacher – FS1 & Toddler Group to govern classroom learning pipelines and direct early development pathways across our Dubai facilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, structure, and deliver highly engaging, high-fidelity lesson plans aligned perfectly with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and visually vibrant classroom environment tailored to prompt natural child interaction.
  • Support children’s individual cognitive evolution, emotional balance, fine motor skills, and multi-cultural social development.
  • Monitor, log, and systematically assess student achievement metrics and foundational childhood development milestones.
  • Communicate professionally, supportively, and transparently with parents regarding child well-being, progress, and growth goals.
  • Implement organized group play routines and physical activities suitable for diverse FS1 and toddler age groups.
  • Maintain outstanding, positive classroom discipline while systematically cultivating constructive child behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teaching assistants, physical therapist networks, and learning facility support teams.
  • Ensure uncompromised personal compliance with international nursery codes, health procedures, and strict child safeguarding standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education, Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, CACHE Level 3 Certification, or a matching accredited early education discipline.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating as a lead educator or class facilitator inside a structured Early Years or EYFS learning setup.
  • Advanced data literacy with practical proficiency utilizing progress trackers, parent notification grids, and lesson calendars inside Microsoft Excel and modern school management software.
  • Deep, comprehensive pedagogical knowledge across the following sectors:
    • EYFS curriculum guidelines, interactive phonics models, and age-appropriate learning methodologies.
    • Early childhood milestone phases, cognitive growth indicators, and physical developmental support requirements.
    • Classroom space management techniques, conflict mediation, and strict child protection rules.
    • Lesson planning modules, material configuration tools, and digital student assessment templates.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication habits paired with limitless patience, artistic creativity, and an inspiring, child-centered approach.
  • Strong organization habits and the capacity to coordinate a bustling classroom workflow independently under pressure.
