Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Manager / Event Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the Dubai event management industry to expand the client base.
- Negotiate proposals and effectively close high-value deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets for management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development, commission structures, and team coordination.
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and partnerships.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to analyze market trends and coordinate with event planning teams for project execution.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the event management sector.
- Strong background in management of client accounts, high-value negotiations, and lead generation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Dubai’s business landscape and modern sales strategies.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
