Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify new business opportunities and promote our professional services across various industries for management review. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, and successfully converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads to expand the client base in Abu Dhabi.
- Promote the organization’s professional services to companies across different industries for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional networking, sales training, and performance metrics.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present service offerings and close contracts.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales, specifically within a B2B environment.
- Strong background in management of client portfolios, contract negotiations, and lead conversion.
- Professional background in education or training regarding the UAE market landscape and modern sales strategies.
- Self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach to achieving monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within an Abu Dhabi based sales team.
