Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive hands-on experience to support our digital transformation initiatives. This role is fundamental to our technology framework, requiring an expert capable of designing and maintaining complex Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce. You will be responsible for building integrations with external systems via APIs and providing ongoing technical support for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, and SOQL queries in Dubai.
- Build and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding technical training sessions and internal system adoption for staff.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications and user guides.
- Utilize digital Information Technology workflows to resolve support tickets and implement system enhancements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce development.
- Strong background in management of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Professional background in education or training with mandatory Salesforce certifications (Dev 401 and Admin 201).
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and system integrations in UAE.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
